Dedicated Server Help Please - Limestone Network
Hello,
How can I find a reliable dedicated server.
I was on Hostgator dedicated server.
Due to frequent downtimes, I moved to Limestone Network
Just 3 weeks at Limestone Network, My server was attacked with a Virus.
All my sites are COMPLETELY DOWN on Limestone Network Server
I paid for Limestone Network Managed Services.
I was told to pay $4 to remove the virus
Am really frustrated with all these hosting companies because am loosing a lot of money and customers
Can anyone please recommend a reliable VPS or Dedicated Service for me.

Hey ,
I would suggest you to for Eukhost.com . Thier support is very nice and downtime is very low .

If your server is completely not responding, as in you can't RDP or SSH to it, please open a ticket with our Support department (not LimeAid as it wouldn't be a software issue). Our average response time is less than 10 minutes. PM me your ticket number if you feel it isn't being handled correctly.

That ticket is only regarding your virus issue, which seems like our LimeAid Department is helping you with.
You mentioned your server is offline, however I can connect to cPanel running on it as well as SSH.
As WHT isn't a ticketing system, please feel free to comment further in your ticket. You should find that we're quick and will do our best to help you.

Here is the ticket for downtime Ticket #105112
Don't tell me you are quick at fixing things.
These ticket was opened over 7 hours ago.
There is no progress
The frustration is what brought me here

By reviewing that ticket you will find the last response from us 9 hours ago responding to your ticket was:

You then just updated the ticket roughly 5 minutes ago. If you were frustrated all you needed to do was update your ticket and we would have continued to help you, like we will now.

In conclusion, Limestone Network Rocks.
I have been wrong because I didn't tell the support guys what exactly is going on with my sites

I came from hostgator. All I can say is Limestone Network is one of the best Dedicated Service Provider out there

I suggest checking out Awknet.com - They have a great service / network and known for there protection, and premium network. They have just announced the release of there new data center fully owned and it just opened..
