    Today is Easter, so there will not be many companies that will be processing orders much less getting them setup.

    Their SLA is 24 hours, that doesn't mean same day. They usually deploy early morning/late at night if my memory serves me right.

    I am not means the SLA .

    I have try to mail to their sales department, but today seems they are not in working day.

    so i could not got any status about my order.


    should i still waiting for it till Monday they back to working?

    I think you are failing to understand my point.

    You do not receive an automated email once your server is placed confirming it. Their team manually sends you a confirmation once they begin working on it. That's why I referenced their SLA, they have 24 hours from the time you place the order to build and send you the details.
