    Hostpolar.com Is Amazing!

I've only been with Host Polar for 2 days and so far everything has turned out well. In fact, I didn't think that I was going to order anything. I went from asking questions to owining a new domain and reseller hosting.
Justin is a very courtious person. He does not make you feel stupid or small, in fact he treats you like a friend, not just a client. Everything I asked was answered in a timely and professional manner.
I soon found myself ordering the Reseller Martime plan, along with a domain name that I used to own, www.forever-june.net (which is still being worked on.) I'm glad I did. I will review Host Polar again next month to keep you all up to date on my progress.
Thank you Host Polar, you simply are the best! I intend to stay with Host Polar.

That's a great review but don't you think it's too early to judge them? 2 Days is really too early.

It's never to early to judge. Some may have something to say even before their order is even set up!

I don't think it is, it shows good moral and character. I just want others to see that my set up exparience and help experience has gone well so far. It's not just about reviewing the hosting given, but also about how the company treats it's clients.

Six months it shall be. That's a fair enough time.

Good to see a positive review. Especially for a newcomer on the scene.
I hope you come back in a month to 2-3 months time and post again!

2 days definitely is a very short period to judge a host. Every host appears the best one (almost every one rather) during the initial period (I call it the money back period). I would still like to hear how it goes with their support and services later on down the line.

One thing is commendable, they sure do have good sales reps, who convert incoming inquiries straight to a sale.....

Good review about HostPolar and their support. I hope you will post again your experience after few months.

Things did not pan out after a month with them. The host is a nice guy, Justin knows what he's doing, but after they changed servers my site did not show up, and even though Justin said it did several family and friends could not view it. So I cancelled. Perhaps the server change, just didn't work for me. I lost my site, but, well it is what it is.... Good luck to those hosted with Host Polar.

No worries, I just need to find a different host. I wish things would have worked out better with Host Polar, but...well like I said, it is what it is.

I hope they are good. From the reseller plans visible on their website, it is clearly evident that they are overloading their servers. If not, then probably they don't have enough websites hosted with us so far.

They were good to begin with, but after they changed servers well my site just stopped showing up, I got error pages and I was not even able to log into my Cpanel, but they told me they could see everything fine. They did email and had us change our nameservers, but that didn't work. Thats why I left Host Polar, because I was unable to access any part of my site with the server and nameserver change as well. I still don't know how they could have seen my site but me and a lot of others could not. Like I said now I just need to find a new host.

Are you sure it's not a dns caching issue? Did you provide them with some traceroutes to help diagnose the problem?

No, and I never thought of doing that. I should have, but I know for the next time something like this happens. This is the 11th host I've been with.

Ah, moving hosts can be frustrating. I hope you find one that works well for your needs. If you contacted Polar they should have suggested the same.

When changing server and/or data center your website could now be hosted under different IP number and nameservers (DNS). Did you check whether IP number and DNS are still correct or need some changes?

I am glad you made this point. And its funny you mention it, because your company has a 3 day refund policy. Don't you think that is too early?

Honestly a 2 day review cannot even be classed as a review!

The secondary review should be categorized into the starter of the review, however, it is a shame that the server move caused you downtime and issues.

I suppose you will get your site back up sooner or later whether it be with HostPolar or not, but all I can say is best of luck - but try and not post reviews 2 days into the service because issues like you saw can and do happen and it just gives a false positive on the provider.

@OP What prompted you to come here and post this review?

    Is HostPolar a registered business?
