He is in Rome and will be back the 14th of next month , he asked me to get him some work because he thinks im the one with the contacts Im just helping him out cause he is young ( only 19) and hes looking for work. He will work 3-6 days a week and can work for 4 hrs a day

Why doesn't your friend work for you and you supply him the dedicated server since you run a hosting company? Would make the most sense

Makes sense until you actually have a friend working for you . Friends and Boss/Employee relationships generally don't coexist very well
