I think so, but I could be wrong.

More than happy to answer any questions about CloudFlare. But there are several recent threads with CloudFlare discussions that you can find in a search on WHT.

But do feel free to ask me any questions about CloudFlare. You know where to find me

Hi hycloud,

Like? We've had some issues in one datacenter recently but our uptime is still above 99.9+%.

An uptime of 99.9% isn't necessarily bad, but considering that your solution acts as a gateway/proxy in front of a site, it should be a lot closer to 100%, much like a CDN (of which many do get close to 100%). At 99.9%, people could easily be experiencing more downtime than before they started to use your service. We've also seen cases where our clients have seen performance degradation after using your service. Perhaps this will change once you add more DCs.

Has the 'route everything through amsterdam' issue been fixed? It's the primary reason I ditched Cloudflare.

AMS is great for Europeans, but not for us Asian folks.

99.9+% means over that number. We're trying to get to 99.999%, which will be accomplished with the additional dcs & additional tools to fight off attacks.

We don't run into many cases where there is performance degradation. The one area that might have some is where the site/visitors are from Asia (routing in Asia means some visitors might hit San Jose right now; but the three datacenters we're putting in Asia should resolve this issue).

Well, if I can pull it from Sg or Hk in the near future, I'll definitely consider Cloudflare again.

Thanks! We've put a lot of effort into the DNS interface. We're currently working on some changes to make adding entries even easier.
