We are looking for individuals to work for us directly, companies need not apply. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience working for a cPanel hosting company.
You would be handling L1-L2 support tickets and chats. As well as monitoring Server alerts and correcting any issues that are brought to your attention from the alert system. You will be working along side other technicians so you must have good team work skills and be able to communicate effectively amongst co-workers. You must also be able to effectively communicate with clients with respect and with proper grammar.
