You can always e-mail support (at) futurehosting.com to get info on whether or not there is a known issue .. and the portal isn't in one of our client datacenters, so if that was down, it may have been a route issue between your location and that portal.

Cheers guys. The portal was up for me, I just don't have my login details on me so I couldn't get past the front page. Mistake on my behalf that as I should have them on me, so just posted here to see if it had affected anyone else.
