Well I got this back in 2009 when vBulletin was still going strong (So we all thought). Well anyway I'm selling a vBulletin 3.x Forum (Owned) that expired Sep 27th '10.

I'd like to get offers. Look to get around 60-ish maybe, but don't hesitate to offer.

Are you able to download vBulletin 4.x?

I have a vBulletin 3.x license as well and I was able to use it for vBulletin 4.0.1.

Yes it can download 4.0.7.
