Virtualmin: Outgoing messages send, no incoming received - but no mail bounceback

Any ideas why this would be happening?

It happened randomly about sometimes in the last 2 weeks and we never noticed. Our outgoing mail can be sent fine, but our incoming mail never will be received into our inboxes.

Even more interestingly, we get absolutely no mail bounceback. From what we can see, postfix and dovecot are working as intended... Any ideas how we could look into fixing this?

I've never seen this specifically happen before - I usually rely on the bounce back messages.
