In search of a New Offshore Webhost !
Need a trusted/reliable offshore web host.
*My current web host has no issue with my CPU usage, just some copyright problems*
Specifications I'm looking for:
150000 - 200000 MB Bandwidth
1 Main domain, 5 parked
4000 - 5000 MB Disk space
Moderately active Vbulletin forum ~ 443 (users online. (110 members and 333 guests) Only about 30-40 of these users are actually actively using the forums.
Cpanel host is a must have.
Preferably in Russia, france, Asia.(Anywhere is good as long as I don't get DMCA issues and major packet loss.)
I won't be hosting warez links, just client download links for a game server.
I'm currently thinking of going with either
http://www.privatelayer.com/cpanelhosting.php
or
Possibly trying my old host, altushost (Have had some really bad times with their uptime, and their loads being extremely high.)
Hopefully someone can suggest something better.Last edited by PockyKid; 04-16-2011 at 04:27 AM.

Up time will be a big issue for you if you go into some other countries you mentioned.

$15 - 35 each month seems okay.
Yup, I need at least a 96-99% uptime.Last edited by PockyKid; 04-16-2011 at 09:58 AM.

Your visitor rate is too high for shared hosting, to be honest. If you can spend $35/month, you might be able to get a low-end VPS, but that will also be slow.

"I won't be hosting warez links, just client download links for a game server."
Game server client, they don't want us linking to files on a file host.
The real game itself is free to play, they just don't want the files republished in way or to have been reverse engineered.
Which I haven't, they were published by members of a community forum (not in our staff), and all we're doing is linking them to a client download which was free to begin with.
The DMCA also stated that we housed a pirated game source, which we don't.
It's a download link, registration site, and Forum.
