    Bob,

What is your budget? How big is your vbulletin forum?

With that budget you can find a good host. Maybe you want to post an offer request?

What are your reasons for a Reseller account? Are you simply wanting to host multiple domains/sites that you own, so each has it's own cPanel account?

Or are you wanting to sell hosting as well?

If the first, some providers will happily lower the cost of their plans for you by removing features added in to accommodate those who are selling webhosting, features that aren't really needed to simply host multiple sites.

What are your resource requirements? Any ideas on how much storage and monthly transfer you'll need?

I am using innohosting and they are providing good services, following are the answer of your question

A- Yes its host responsibility to manage the server
B- Please check the host terms and condition how many connections they are allowing along with cpu and ram usage per domain
C- I am only using/used innohosting and i can recommend them any time

and your budget is very good for reseller package

Any host should have no problem running a vBulletin site. The real question is how many visitors are going to that site and if that is a good fit for shared hosting / shared reseller hosting.

How much traffic is going to the forum?

    Thanks, Ben

Running a vBulletin shouldn't be a problem on our servers, but the question is how big your vbulletin forum is. How many hits do you get everyday ? Please note that on a shared environment, you can't host a forum that uses too much resources. If your forums are big, I suggest you look at VPS hosting.

I agree if the forum is big a vps or a semi dedicated is the way to go to ensure no disruptions occur on the site.

I don't see any issue with hosting a vbulletin forum for any of the hosts. What current size diskspace/bandwidth are you looking for? Any specific features you are looking for as well?

In this budget, you can easily get space in data center in Malaysia.
