We are down again tonight. There was a small amount of downtime earlier today. This is beginning to be a problem.

I know you will fix things fast, but can we find out why this is happening so much lately?

Yep you hiccup and they come here to ask you questions about it rather doing it by email or your own forums.

Don't you guys think this would be better addressed to the host in their forums?

That all depends on how good the host is at informing and interacting with clients during server issues. If they don't communicate quickly, folks head here and look for interaction with other clients.

It's all about communication and interaction. Basic human needs.

I only posted here because when my site is down, their site is down and they have been professional enough to truthfully address small problems here in the past.

They are a good host.
