Is there any isp that offer dns services (like mydns.com) but with a one time fee (or a months fee) ? All the dns services that I have seen want about 40$ for every domain that I add to the dns

You could ask that from centralinfo too, at least reseller program they have includes own nameservers

I have actually been in contact with one of the people at centralinfo about this. Will let you know what the result is...

Dear Siz,

I know this won't help you with you right now, but my company is developing plans to launch a Virtual DNS Hosting Service that will let people have their own name server addresses (ns1/ns2.yourdomain.com with your own ips). The service is probably 6 to 9 months off as we are investigating the potential profitability of a service such as that.
