    how to restrict the number of outgoing emails in exim4

    hi one and all ,
    i hav installed debian ,and i hav MAIL TRANSFER AGENT(MTA) as exim4.As a part of my project i need to make changes to exim to restrict the number of outgoing emails in exim4 and not to send the mail for the non user as well .can u please me out to do this i need ur concern about this plzz reply me bros & sisters as early as possible
