    rSync to my Mac, Possible?

So I wanted to keep everything backed up on my own Mac instead of hiring another server for backups.
I have a VPS running a couple of sites and I would like to setup an automated way to download everything on my MacBook Pro at home. The data is just ~1.5GB but downloading files that are never going to change on the VPS doesn't make sense.
Is using rsync to backup data on my VPS with my Mac possible? If it is, how can I do it?
    Any help appreciated.

Rsync and SSH are already installed on Mac OS X. You can automate your backup procedure using CRON. More information on this you can find at:
