    All services are provisioned in our Kansas City MO location only.

    We do compressed FTP backups of all VM's in the event of a node failure. There is a $5 recovery fee should you need a backup restored unless the VM was involved in a node failure.

    Please reference the ticket confirmation letter you received after opening the ticket. We type those e-mails for a reason

    I ordered a VPS on Friday early afternoon and was told that it would be setup the same day. I still have yet to see anything. Filed a ticket and I have yet to get a response. Support seems to just have up and left for the weekend

    Will I be comped the 3 days of no service?

    I also bought vps there last Saturday. but I say fraud
    when I was their resellers. already sent a ticket but no response. my ticket no #562276..

    You'll need to wait until our billing department gets in tomorrow to review and approve your order. I show your ticket was opened just yesterday... Saturday, which if you read your ticket confirmation letter, you will know that we're closed on the weekend.

    Please take this time to go review our business hours located on both our website and your ticket confirmation letter. This will save us both some trouble in the future.

    Hello,

    It looks like you paid via Google Checkout. These payments must be manually posted to your account, and it doesn't look like our billing department had time to do this on Friday. I went ahead and posted payment so that you'll at least have your VPS. Any control panel you requested will be installed on Monday.
