Personally I am pleased using m6.net web hosting services.. Their support always helps me and explain everything I need to know. The price looks reasonable, so I decided to suggest you to check it.
Hope it will be useful info for your request.

I've been actively looking for a new host for the past several days and thought I'd jump in. I was about to start a new thread (and might still have to) with my specifications. I looked at m6 earlier this morning and took them off my list after seeing their BBB rating. Theirs was the same as for MochaHost -- another that looked promising, but I couldn't go with a company with that rating. M6 might be good, but why the poor BBB rating?
I'm a professional .NET developer and manage a few personal web sites for friends and families. I've been an ASP/ASP.NET developer for over a decade, like what I do and refuse to take any money for my "reseller" services. So, price is a big consideration.
My current host has been good, but I would like to do better than my current discounted semi-annual bill of $150. The problem is that when I find a U.S. Windows host that meets my needs of prohibiting porn (don't want my server's IP blacklisted, which happens), offers reseller capability, private nameservers, at least 1 dedicated IP, and the ability to host at least 10 sites for "under" $25, they have horrible ratings. I know that you "usually" get what you pay for, but I can still look for more cost-effective options.
If you are looking for to host adult (porn) site. I guess many us host allows it because its legal in US. But before signup with any host contact their support team and confirm with them and also check their policy do they allow or not.
