You need to increase your price to something reasonable.

People won't throw money away on that much bandwidth and power to put your server online just because you don't want to pay more than $50.

    You're price should be $150.

You wont get that (1gbit), with a windows license, for 50$..

If your friend got something like that, get whats he has. Why would you want a dedi for web browsing anyway? - Seem like this would surely be a seedbox or simular in my ears..

Usually Windows license + Gigabit port itself is roughly around 35$ together, that leaves you with 15$ for hardware.

I'm quite sure you understand what I'm trying to tell you?

    Edit:
I were bored, so here's an example i found.
    AMD64 X2 4850E
    2048 MB DDR2 RAM
    250 GB 7.200 RPM
    4000 GB Traffic p/m
    + Windows License 2003.
    + 1 Gigabit.
    : 105$

Check out Leaseweb, sometimes they have cheap Dual/Quad core servers that fit your need. They used to give Windows license for free but not anymore. May be try talk to their sales@ and see if they have any free license.

I have a dual core with them that actually cost less than your budget. Though it is not gigabit.

OVH servers might be what you are looking for. They have around the above specs for 40/50$ + setup fee.

So.. you need a dedi, with 1g and windows for 50$ - its not gonna happen any legit way (or if you pay the windows license yourself)

www.rapidspeeds.com - leaseweb reseller who offers demi-dedi boxes.. check them out might be an option for you.

If this doesnt fit your criteria you gotta start raising your budget

If you don't speak English you might wanna have a friend to translate what you really want? If you ONLY are interested in speed and don't care about power then please check the thread.

rapidspeeds sounds like the thing you're looking for which has been said multiple times.
