What is CentOS 5 32 Bit with Host in a Box?

I see it in Re-Install Virtual Server. What is the different with normal CentOS?

I am pretty sure that Host-in-a-box is Kloxo.

Alright. I just googled Host in a Box, and LxAdmin comes up. They changed the name to Kloxo.

It includes web server, email, ftp, dns, and other things that are needed. You can find out more here http://www.lxcenter.org/

Host-in-a-box is Kloxo, except it has lighttpd and djbdns by default instead of apache and bind.

    I would not recommend Kloxo.
When we used it, it had too much bugs (may be now its better..)
If you are serious about your hosting business, dont take those risks.

Do you mean Kloxo is packed in CentOS 5 32 Bit with Host in a Box?

Exactly. I wouldn't recommend it if you are going to use for hosting important websites because it has too many security holes.

Correct. It'll be CentOS with Kloxo already installed.

Well if you don't use Kloxo or Lxadmin, i would recommend IspCP Omega it's a fork of VHCS very stable and easy to setup and use.

I'm using Kloxo on a small VPS as a test right now. It is more like cPanel than Webmin is, and for me, seems easier to use. But there are some issues with it that I read here on WHT.

Some of the files are encrypted and "owned" by their company, it has old code in it for phpMyAdmin, etc.

That post is from fall in 2010, so its not that old. The Wikipedia Article on Kloxo security issues takes a less alarming view, saying that none of the supposed security issues have been proven.

I found Webmin a bit complicated, but Kloxo easier to use. I haven't tried IspCP yet, but may do so on my test server. I'd like an option for customers who want a single site on a VPS but would still like to have a control panel (without paying $10 to $15 a month for cPanel.)

I would recommend ISPCP Omega as well. Runs very snappy and very easy to install. Their documentation for installing and setting up are quite good and better than some of the other free panels out there.
