    Ticket System

    Hello everyone;

    I tried out a lot of ticket system on these days like Kayako, Help Desk Pilot, Cerberus, ZenDesk, Vision.

    A lot of ticket system have "Custom fields" for each department I need (like Support, Tech Support, Security, Administration etc.) but no one has the possibility of forwarding "Custom fields" data to e-mail address.

    Do you know some one who have this feature?

    I think Kayako has that option if you modify the email templates. Send their sales staff an email for clarification... or shoot Jamie Edwards a PM on here, I'm sure he'll know.
