    Best HTML/CSS Course/School

    Heya,

What is the best online, or book course to learn basic to advanced HTML, and CSS? I'm looking for something up-to-date with real world examples.

Looks like a decent site, but how up to date are the steps/guidance?

I'm really looking for something more professional really though.. Something with live chat for learning, and certificate of completion...

W3Schools is the best website to learn HTML (my opinion), and a few other languages they support on their website.

For initial learning I would suggest getting a basic wysiwyg html editor. From there start to create your web site and look at the HTML codes it is creating. Once you get to the point where you cannot accomplish something using a wysiwyg editor you can search google for the problem you are having and usually find an answer pretty quickly. If you have any questions on the codes it generates you can check w3schools for examples of what you are trying to do.

IMHO it will create a bad habit. Here is another site to help OP, read it after that view the source of your favorites site then customize it to your liking.

Why don't you try lynda.com or a similar site? They offer loads of learning material at a decent price
