SOS, how to deal with this problem ?Thank you!
Our clients used your vps ,some clients feel slower from China . So they don't want to renewal it.

If two or more vps have same die day , your billing system(“whmcs” ) just generate one in voice .
But if there is one client don't want to renewal his vps , we have to pay the whole voice (we have sent requests to your to split the voices, but you can't deal with this). So we have to reject other client's renewal quest.

Do you don't allow the clients rent your vps for a short time ?

If a client don't need his vps , how can we cancel it after his die day ?

Whether your system will auto suspend / delete the expired vps, or we need to do some thing.

In China , vps providers will auto suspend the expired vps for a few days. After the grace period, if the client don't renewal their vps, the vps will auto delete.
And chinese clients like to renewal just before their vps closeing due day.

What can we do to deal with the problem and progress ahead?
    Thank you for your help!

    Hello,

Our clients used your vps ,some clients feel slower from China . So they don't want to renewal it.

    - I抎 recommend ordering our VPS servers from BurstNET LA location or BurstNET UK location.

    - I would suggest submitting a cancellation form out for the server in question, make sure the server is cancelled before your next billing due date. By doing so, you抣l avoid paying any further fees in the future.

If a client don't need his vps , how can we cancel it after his die day ?

    - Again make sure the server is cancelled before your next billing due date if you wait until after, BurstNET will require payment to be made in full.

Whether your system will auto suspend / delete the expired vps, or we need to do some thing.

    - For resellers only BurstNET will allow a three day grace period. So if you happen to submit the cancellation request three days after your due day, BurstNET will not charge you for the month and will honor your cancellation request. Anything past the three day grace period will result in full payment.

In China , vps providers will auto suspend the expired vps for a few days. After the grace period, if the client don't renewal their vps, the vps will auto delete. And chinese clients like to renewal just before their vps closeing due day.

    - Account suspension may occur if payment is not received by the 5th day of a new service period. By the time of suspension, you will have received a Late Notice regarding your overdue balance. We are sorry, but once a suspension occurs, all overdue balances on all Invoices are due immediately.

Thank you for your time and patience.

    - Actually if the server(s) have been terminated by us for billing, the only thing left to do is make your payment for the outstanding invoices due.

We have paid a vps to setup(Pending five days, our client request refund now ) and Dedicated server to setup.

    - If you happen to have past due invoices any new orders received will be placed on hold until your account is paid in full.

Thank you for your time and patience.

Why we have to pay the invocie that due and Terminated product ?

We are newbie for your rules and service. Don't know to cancel a product before.
We have not noticed information about this.

So,could you help me to cancel "Due Invoices" 10436680 and 10442849 ?

We have know your rules and will follow the rules.
We will never make the same mistake again.

We just sell your products to our clients in more cheaper price than yours.

    Thank you very much!

If you're using a VPS control Panel then you can limit your bandwidth or you can use some scripts to limit your Bandwidth on dedicated server.

or daily check your bandwidth usage...

or go for Unmetered bandwidth, their bandwidth price is lower then all other providers..

No clue. Most of the people I know would just apply the credit to the account so customer could use that money in another form with us. That way your not really loosing money.

    Thanks,

We do not have hidden fees.
Any fees we charge are clearly listed in our Service Agreement, or on our ordering/billing system.
If you did not read the Service Agreement prior to order, do not blame that on us.

We do not handle support via AIM. Just answer some questions here and there, but not full live instant support via IM. It's not possible for us to do so, as we need to be able to transfer issue between different departments and staff members, which which would not be possible via IM.

    Chinese complaining about quality

I don't see how it's a quality problem as AIM is not their support system and for the invoices I think that's the way whcms (Their Billing system/Third party dev.) works.

Funny how you don't know where their support ticket system is but know where to post in wht...
