    Addora has bad support

    I bought a windows vps from and got the server details but I can't login so I submitted a ticket to fix my password. It hasn't replied for 2 days and it got closed without fixing it... I tried their online support and sat in the room for a whole day and no tech support come... Geez what kind of online support is this? a whole 8 hours of no freaking support technician!

    Sorry to hear this - may be you can call them if they're not replying to tickets? 2 days is a huge time especially for technical support related queries..
