Yes, the web site works fine from here. Perhaps it is something at your end?

Thanks! seems that they have blocked my IP and surprisingly this make me think that they are hosting their own site and customer sites on one server

Loads fiine for me as well; maybe you got yourself blocked in their firewall; i would create a ticket (if possible, usually ticket systems are running on a different server) or else try to call them they say they are reachable by phone at least.

*seems you already figured that out*

You can use pingdom.com (they have a free 1 check package) to get notices of website downtime. Also, for instant checks host-tracker.com does a very good job.

If you're using a Windows OS then go to Start Menu >> Control Panel >> Administrative Panel >> Services and Restart "DNS Client"

Sometimes this trick works when I can't access my own site or microsoft's site.

The website loads instantly for me as well. In order to determine if the issue is ISP related it is always best to trying accessing sites through a proxy server such as:

    http://anonymouse.org/anonwww.html

From my experience, such issues are due to the ISP's (Internet Service Providers) DNS which fails to resolve some websites. The only options are to either contact the ISP OR use public DNS like google dns / opendns on the local PC.

    Google DNS:

    http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/

Have they sent any notices to you regarding any issues with that server? 12 hours of downtime in one day is quite a bit, unless there was a major issue with hardware or something comparable.
