Has anyone ever seen a script with WHMCS to import a script in WHMCS to make the client pay per ticket?

and create invoice for the customers...

You can find lots of developers in WHMCS forum, just open a thread in WHMCS forum for custom development.

I'm pretty sure you can use Vision Helpdesk integrated with WHMCS to have paid support tickets (well I guess i am more then pretty sure since I gave a link :p )
