    I think you would rather "buy" than "bye".

    bye: something subsidiary, secondary, or out of the way

    buy: to acquire the possession of, or the right to, by paying or promising to pay an equivalent, especially in money; purchase

    I am not sure you know what you actually want.

    What exactly do you think a hosting company does? And what are your requirements.

    There is no such thing as a turnkey site, even if support is handled for you, you still have to advertise and manage the money. Hosts will not do this for you since they can make more profit advertising there own company's.
