    Angry VPSLand Sucks!

I created an account today and ordered one windows vps hosting.I paid by credit card, and waited for the vps set up.
However,in several hours,I found I can't login VPSland CP again. They deleted my account! They eat up my money!

Have you tried contacting them before posting this thread using the details at http://www.vpsland.com/contactus.php ?

With that said, this does seem to be becoming a regular thing for VPSLand customers. There are several threads on here from users who have had the same issue as you.

If you're convinced they're not going to uphold their service, then do a charge back on the credit card transaction.

    Buxir -

A credit card chargeback attempt can be your last resolution, you may need to contact them first to see whats your order status at the moment, they might be overloaded by orders.

In any event, if your issue persisted, you can ask them to refund you and -IF- they refused to do so, you may go for a chargeback by your credit card issuer.

Are they responded to you on this issue?
Some time host will delay in the refund process.
But according to Community Liaison said there are several threads on here from users who have had the same issue as you, it feel strange and unsecure...

I don't think support ticket is useful,I found many people have complained their support is so slow and unreliable!

i had a vps with vpsland too, and i can only agree with you regarding their support.
but theres a reason why their server are cheap for. i had been using vps for 6months and still using

every host come with a poor part in them. none of them are perfect from my experiences.
