I'm looking for a decent California VPS provider that is cheap about 10$/month for like 512mb

Search for hosts with servers in Webnx, Take2Hosting or He.net All them are in California.

I have two VPS in LA that I use for DNS. One is with QuickWeb and the other is with BurstNet. Both have been fairly reliable although in the last two weeks I have had brief downtime on each, fortunately not at the same time.
Both have 512MB RAM and are about $10 a month.

Yes, we have been doing some maintenance/upgrades the past few weeks, moving to a new suite, and preparing for release of our Dedicated Server product lines in LA this upcoming week.

Ramhost.us only has servers in Kansas City and Atlanta - not California
