Check the network settings in Windows to see if it shows as 1Gbps
I don't see why they wouldn't deliver what they offer.
» www.InstantDedicated.com - Online in no time » Dedicated Servers in [EU] Netherlands with DAILY support, also on weekends » DDOS Protected network - 100% Money Back if it doesn't work for you » Streaming / IPTV allowed | Up to 10 Gbit ports | 100% Network Uptime
If you have it running Windows 2003 (you mention services so I'd guess it's Windows) you need to optimize the TCP settings to get any useful speeds for *one* thread.
Without optimization, I only got 2-3 MB in US / 500k to Europe, after tweaking I got an average of about 5-7 MB/s in US and 2-3 MB/s to Europe. Per connection.
PS. Silly me, i guess a whole night without sleeping got to me - I see now you have Windows 2008. So I don't know, I told you the speeds I got - for streaming you shouldn't need high speeds for single connections so you should be fine.
Ask for an account/password for the Tera control panel if you didn't get one and you should see the bandwidth graphs there in all their beauty.
