My WHMCS marks invoices as UNPAID processed by AlertPay
My AlertPay is in the Test Mode, but it should work normally. When I test the payment, AlertPay process it successfully, I get email notification from AlertPay system that the transaction is realized, but it doesn't notify my WHMCS, the invoice just stays marked as UNPAID.
It's not marking them unpaid, it's just not marking them paid. Quite different.
Are you sure it's not because it's in testing mode?

Yes, you are right... it should mark the invoice as paid, but it doesn't... it stays unpaid.
I'm not sure is it because of test mode, but I know that if I test with 2checkout everything goes well and invoice gets marked as paid at my WHMCS.
Also I didn't asked at WHMCS, i thought to ask here since I'm not registered at WHMCS forum, so it was easier for me this way. First I contacted AlertPay, but they didn't have a sollution to problem, also have said that it could be because of test mode.
it used to work but i think alertpay made some changes to their site that caused an issue. I get to few payments from them to worry about it. (but I'll look into it more and see if i can't figure out the issue ... edit: of course even the alertpay file is encoded so i can't check it)
