    My WHMCS marks invoices as UNPAID processed by AlertPay

    Hi,

    My AlertPay is in the Test Mode, but it should work normally. When I test the payment, AlertPay process it successfully, I get email notification from AlertPay system that the transaction is realized, but it doesn't notify my WHMCS, the invoice just stays marked as UNPAID.

    Has anyone else had this issue?

    It's not marking them unpaid, it's just not marking them paid. Quite different.

    Are you sure it's not because it's in testing mode?
    Have you asked at WHMCS for clarification?

    Yes, you are right... it should mark the invoice as paid, but it doesn't... it stays unpaid.

    I'm not sure is it because of test mode, but I know that if I test with 2checkout everything goes well and invoice gets marked as paid at my WHMCS.

    Also I didn't asked at WHMCS, i thought to ask here since I'm not registered at WHMCS forum, so it was easier for me this way. First I contacted AlertPay, but they didn't have a sollution to problem, also have said that it could be because of test mode.

    Contact WHMCS, they will offer the best support for their product.

    I have this exact same problem and WHMCS hasn't provided any solid solution to this.

    They tried and have give me some advice, but like you said without a success result.

    When I first time tested as I remember it was working well, but suddenly the problem occurred. Did it work for you first before it appeared faulty?

    it used to work but i think alertpay made some changes to their site that caused an issue. I get to few payments from them to worry about it. (but I'll look into it more and see if i can't figure out the issue ... edit: of course even the alertpay file is encoded so i can't check it)

    Hello

    Login to your Alertpay account

    Go to
    Profile > IPN History

    See IPN Status there & if it's not completed, Check in the box & hit the "Resend Selected" button. It should be resolved now.

    Nice try, but actually IPN Status shows all as completed. Alertpay process the payment and the system notifies me about the payment (via email), but it doesn't notify my WHMCS, that is the problem.

    We had this same issue & we did same & everything is fine after that.

    If all are completed, select all & resubmit them. It may fix it.

    I've been contacted WHMCS support the same day as I opened this forum thread, but they didn't find a solution. I have to say they tried with couple of things, but it didn't work.

    is this issue solved ? i have similar issue client tries to add money to account using alertpay , alertpay account is credited but nothing happens on client account
