    Billing Software (Clientexec) or Help Desk (H2Desk)

    Which should I have? I have a small web hosting business.
    H2Desk = $99 one-time payment (1 support staff only)
    Clientexec = $5 recurring (from a reseller)

    Which should I get?

    Yes, I am aware of that. Currently, I have a clientexec that acts as my invoice/billing and support system, but my problem is that it's kinda complex.

    For the H2Desk, which is only a ticketing system, it's so organized imo. And I can always do the cpanel account creation manually as payment options include paypal and offline bank transfer (which can take 2 days to process).

    I don't know which I should have.

    Or should I buy WHM AutoPilot instead?

    Did you try Accounlab Plus? It's free and easy to use. AWBS is more easy to use than Clientexec, too(but customizing is not).
