Thanks for your reply, yep I did try that a couple of times over the span of a week or so, and it said Message Sent, but I never got any notification or reply. I even used their online chat thing which always says offline. So I left a message there too.
Not really sure whats going on but I have found that their support is getting really slow recently. If you do log a ticket with them, it usually takes almost 24hrs to respond which isnt very good, and if you ask for an update you get told not to as it pushes your ticket to the bottom of the queue again.
A lot of information is missing in their whois (I was looking for a phone number for you). If youa re still having problems getting in touch with them, you may wish to consider switching to a provider that offers more reliable support

Thanks kjawaid and XeHSean for your comments. I think its hi-time I said goodbye to them and move on.
Such a shame as the service is very good and their prices are very reasonable, I just dont understand why the support has suddenly gone downhill.
Obivously taking backups is a big must on any host. However let me just say that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the servers that catsnine are hosting me on. There never has been. I just needed help and never received a reply for about a week. Sure, it doesnt help that they keep changing the way that their support is handled via their site, and I am always dubious that my email has been recieved if I never get a reply or even an auto-response.
I also think that their support should be abit quicker than "We'll answer you within 24hrs" reply.
