im sick and tired of warez-host.com, their uptime is ridiculously low, even on my semi-dedicated server, it always goes down weekly for hours and hours, and their support is horrible.

I also tried bluehost, but my website got suspended

Im getting thousands of users daily and I dont feel like getting suspended again

So i think i need at least, off-shore hosting (?)

I need suggestions of where to go guys. Need great uptimes and good customer support.

Any host that will knowingly let you host illegal things, is going to have mostly shady customers and will have frequent attacks from within and without, so you can expect less than ideal reliability from any of them.

Why was suspended at bluehost? due the contents? or resources usage abuse?

If he was at warez-host.com then got suspended by bluehost and now is looking for "offshore" hosting, I'd say it's a safe bet the content is an issue.

It's a ruescape private server, nothing big really, sometimes Jagex (creators of the game) sue private servers, but it doesnt happen a lot. This happened at my bluehost account.

And I only feel like switching from warez-host because their uptime is ******.

FYI: there are thousand of other private servers who are also off-shore hosting, only they dont want to tell their host. And their practically always online.

edit: maybe if you can tell me how to whois certain domains I can try and figure out where they are hosted

Did you tried Godaddy. It is little bit costly but can offer the best services that you need. One thin, if blue host suspended you domain then ask them the reason and try to avoid that before applying to new hosting company.
