I have a DDoS attack, I want to move my VPS to directspace.net can prevent DDoS attacks or not.

You should discuss with directspace regarding DDoS attack before to move on there.

install ddos deflate and mod_evasive and install csf and config it properly

They say on their website that they have DDoS protected network.
Maybe it depends on DDoS size (for VPS hosting), they might have a limit. (Pockets, etc)
I would recommend you as well, talking to them.

Bringing a DDOS attack prone site with you to a new provider can sometimes really get you in trouble. Discuss with them to see how much protection they have and how much you need. Securing your server is one of the first steps to determine if it is really a DDOS or just some kiddie scripter messing with your server.
