I am looking to purchase multiple VPSs on different class C ranges that will be used to send email from [all opt-in]. These servers must allow rDNS, easy to setup/switch OS's and Win2k3 is a must.

So far, the cheapest I've found is:
50GB
512MB/2048MB Burst RAM
2 IP Addresses
1000GB BW
Unmanaged
$7.00/month

Location does not matter, but the IP address must be clean [No blacklists].

If you can provide me with something cheaper, you have a new customer

For $7/month, i think the hosting provider actually pay you to use the VPS.
Cost break down (indicative lowest cost):
50GB ~ $5/month
512MB RAM ~ $5/month
2 IP Addresses $2/month

Windows license not counted

whats the # of [all opt-in]? you seem to be worried too much about blacklisting and delivery problems

A few. Thing is, I mail to them, but normally get 2-3 spam complaints per 100,000. I have an opt-out link and everything.. I guess it's just easier to hit the "spam" button.

Especially when you clearly wish to snowshoe. If you can't mail your list from 1 reputable IP, your list is garbage.

If I was looking for advice on how to mail, I'd ask. In this case, I don't think I am.
