Unhappy My site is being blocked by McAfee SiteAdvisor

    Hello,

McAfee SiteAdvisor is blocking my e-commerce site to customers since several weeks ago.

    The warnings are:

One or more URLs in this domain were considered phishing and appear at http://urlblacklist.com/ blacklists. Check http://www.phishtank.com/what_is_phishing.php for more information about phishing
    and

Another one of the infinite array of slight variations on herbal dieting aids, much like the Acai pestilence of last year you'll soon be kept busy trying to cancel your recurring payments after the initial trial ends with all contact points for this company being painfully (and expensively) elusive as traditionally the way these places make money is to hide behind unresponsive email addresses and disconnected phone numbers to avoid stopping recurring payment schemes for their bogus products.
Well, it's obvious that my domain DOESN'T make phishing, neither recurrent payments.

I'm wondering the credibility of these comments, and if they are really protecting us.

But the point is my site now is flagged as dangerous and I'm losing customers very fast.

Of course I have contacted McAfee, but they haven't answer me.

Can somebody please suggest me how to proceed in order to check if my site is really practising phishing?

Is possible to notify McAfee that comments are completely mistaken?

Thank you all for your help, I'm really desesperate with this matter.

You're site could be hacked and have some hidden pages you're not aware of.

Thank you for your answer. How can I detect those pages?

My hosting provider has told me that my site is clean. No phishing, no current payments.

    No answer from McAfee.

No answer or removal from urlblacklist.com.

But nobody with McAfee installed can browse my site.

Is this situation normal? I can't believe that I'm the first here living this situation. Well, it's not funny...

    Any advice?

You must check your website in order to find javascripts. Check the last date that the files were modified if you didnt do it those files are infected.

Do you sell or advertise anything like "pharma"? In other words - generic medicine product like viagra, cialis etc.?

    Not in this case.
    This is a legitimate site.

Ask you hosting provider to check your site in case your account has been compromised.

Once you are sure everything is fine, contact McAffee directly and ask for reconsideration. Takes time, but it's the only way to solve this.

    Good luck.

edit: wrong McAfee service. I was thinking about their Spam filters and not their web filters.
