Ok, so I am working on a site in wordpress and use the NextGen Gallery to display galleries on posts and pages. The gallery works here http://pwrboss.jgregorydesigns.com/?page_id=843 in a page that displays just posts and here http://pwrboss.jgregorydesigns.com/?page_id=601
inside a regular page.

My issue is on this page which is a category listing

where everything inside the post that is surround in brackets which for the gallery to work is
[nggallery id=1]
just disappears completely. I don't even see it in firebug or anythying.
 * The template for displaying Category Archive pages.
 * @package WordPress
 * @subpackage Twenty_Ten
 * @since Twenty Ten 1.0

get_header(); ?>

		<div id="container" class="one-column">
			<div id="content" role="main">

				<h1 class="page-title"><?php
					printf( __( 'Category Archives: %s', 'twentyten' ), '<span>' . single_cat_title( '', false ) . '</span>' );
					$category_description = category_description();
					if ( ! empty( $category_description ) )
						echo '<div class="archive-meta">' . $category_description . '</div>';

				/* Run the loop for the category page to output the posts.
				 * If you want to overload this in a child theme then include a file
				 * called loop-category.php and that will be used instead.
				get_template_part( 'loop', 'category' );

			</div><!-- #content -->
		</div><!-- #container -->

<?php get_footer(); ?>
that is my category page template file. If someone could help me figure out what exactly is happening here and the workaround for it I would appreciate it. I'm sure its a simple code somewhere but I am not PHP fluent, workin on it though
