    - Initial server hardening and optimisation

    - General day-to-day management of your server
    - VPS migrations
    - Consultations as required to help you get the most out of your Xen/OpenVZ server,
    - Monitoring and response.

    15 per month (ORDER)

    Outsourced Support
    - 30 minute average response time during our normal office hours (9-5 GMT - we will soon be adding support outside these hours which will be free to existing clients),
    - Issue diagnosis and solution for all Level 1-2 helpdesk queries,
    - Level 3 helpdesk query resolution included if you take out a relevant server management package from us for a fully integrated management and support package,
    - Completely white label solution. Your customers won't know we're there,
    - FREE escalation of queries outside the reach of our support,
    - A flat rate of 1.75 per ticket, with a minimum monthly commitment of 20 tickets,
    Extremely courteous and knowledgeable technicians who really do care about your business.
