We need to know your preferred location, what is your current location? so we can establish whether you're in the UK and wanting to colo in the UK for best network performance.

If you're based in the UK and want to colo in the US, you'd notice an increase in latency.

Speed is important YES, and our traffic is Canada & USA the most as we are E Commerce store and we don't ship anything outside those two countries some time Australia but that's it.

iWeb have a great network and technical support, but when it come to sales, it's really bad. Hard to have answer other that link to the website. I was with them 1 year ago for 3 years. At first I was amaze how cool it was, then, I think they grow too fast...

If service is a requirement, look at netelligent.ca

I think the best use of iWeb is their colocation (getting your own rack, 1/4, 1/2, etc.). I wouldn't let them handle my hardware. Their bandwidth is good, even for servicing europe and other parts of the world. The less you have to rely on their staff the happier you will be.
