    We regret to inform you that we will be stopping Cloud 1 and Cloud 2 service with effect of 30th March 2011.

    This means that on 30th March 2011, ALL accounts on Cloud 1 and Cloud 2 will be suspended and deleted.

    We understand and know that is a surprise to everyone. We realize that Cloud 1 and Cloud 2 server have been getting a lot of major problems with downtime and load lately and we have make decision to stop the service forever.

    We apologize for the late notice but we hope you understand that we are trying to improve the service by substituting the servers with problems.

    If you have any question regarding this discontinuation of service, please drop a ticket with the management department.



    What does this means?

    It means that ALL ACTIVE clients have to backup their files and move it out of Cloud 1 and Cloud 2 server by 29th March 2011.

    I prepaid 1 Month, how about my remaining DAYS?

    We will be pro-rating your remaining days and we will refund it through credits which you can purchase any other service with us.

    I prepay my service for 1 Year, how about my remaining MONTHS?

    We will be glad to refund to you your pro-rated payment via PrestonHost credit and you can purchase any service with us from that.

    How do I request the pro-rated credits?

    Once you have backup ALL your files, please open a management ticket to request it. We will be answering to your tickets between 24-48 hours due to high amount of tickets received.

    That only affects cloud 1 and 2. The reason we have stopped it due to various problems we encountering. Cloud 3 is confirmed stable.

    Exactly my question - why not to offer Cloud 1/2 users to migrate to Cloud 3 instead of just cancelling their accounts?
