Note : This position is at our office in Singapore, no available off site or to call centres
The purpose of this job opening is to provide technical and sales assistance to our web hosting customers (via online help-desk and telephone) and liaise with our accounts department.
* Resolve Support Tickets and Phone Support Request
* Work closely with Support Engineers on problems faced by customers
* Proactively monitor and respond to alerts from our internal monitoring systems.
* Other tasks assigned.
* Able to work from our office in Singapore
* Fluent English and Chinese language skills
* Internet Savvy
* Ability to withstand pressure
* Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent (Those who are Internet savvy but without the qualifications can be considered)
* Maintain a proactive working attitude, troubleshooting issues before they occur.
* Experience with Linux and Microsoft control panels
* Experience in programming
* Minimum pay of S$2000 after confirmation (salary depends on experience)
* Monday to Fri office hours
* Further Education financing
