Just a heads up, most dedicated server solutions do not come with a money back guarantee.

That being said, are you suree you need a dedicated server? Depending on what the sites are, you should have no problem putting the 20-25 sites on a reseller or VPS

I agree with XeHSean here. However, out of curiosity, how much are you looking at when it comes to cost? And for 20-30 domains, you don't need a dedicated server.

This is correct. Most providers can't give a money back guarantee on a new dedicated server because it costs money just to install it and prepare it for you. Companies would be losing money on every customer who decides to back out. You just need to be completely sure you're ordering what you need.

You either want a very cheap dedicated box, or like XehSean said; a VPS would serve you well.

Reseller or VPS hosting is better option for you if your sites (20-25 sites) doesn't required huge disk space and bandwidth, and high resources (RAM/CPU)

You can go with iweb, but for 20-30 sites you can even go with a virtual machine.
