    Server Recovery

My server was hacked, they did rm -rf on the entire server, I need someone to see if they can recover the data from the hard drive, and put it on to my new hard drive, I had hundred of customers on it for my hosting company, kvm over ip is installed for easy access, I will pay a decent amount of money if you believe you can recover the data and maybe a bonus if it can be done in a quick and speedy time.

    Please anyone.

Unfortunately depending on your filesystem your data is probably gone, at least a good chunk of it. Does your datacenter offer any specialist data recovery services?

If you are in a hurry get your current support to do it as a paid ticket otherwise if you have a backup, load that up.

Otherwise if you didn't have a backup and you are running a web hosting company... well... you are incredibly lucky if its only < $100 and your current host can deal with it and get things rolling.

If they provide KVM, its really great because you can recover the file system quickly, really easy to use KVM, have you try ?
