One of my providers ended up failing to update my new base IP to my cPanel license and it has expired. For over 5-6 hours now my users have been without cPanel.
I have no ETA on when it will be fixed, or nothing. I made a post on the forum explaining what happened and saying it should be fixed soon (which I hope).
But they are majorly upset because not only does cPanel not work but email don't either.
What if anything can I personally do to go about getting this resolved or finding out more information besides from the hoster. I want something like ETA before it works etc ....
I prefer to be honest with my clients versus "It's being worked on" which don't tell them anything..
What does one host say to the other? "(HostA) Want to go see a movie?" "(HostB) Sure, can your parents drive?"
I'm premium, and no, I did not have to pay $6 a month to figure that out.
