    bad 100tb.com support

    i hava a server in 100tb.com
hava one ip have null route
that null route time is 24 hours
    but that hava 48 hours
    aslo null route

when the 24 hours i hava send the e-mail to support
    Code:
Our DC techs are reviewing the null route. Once our Management team deems the removal of the lock to be allowed, the NULL Route will be removed. Please hold on.
    Code:
Please note that we do not have an ETA for the null route removal at this time because it is still being reviewed.
null route is 24 hours why 48 hours not remove

why remove null route need the Management team deems

This is pretty common. We get a few 100tb servers down every once in a while because they claim DDoS. Same thing happens at FDC. It's not clear to us we're really being DoS'ed though, never really seems to be the case anyway. If there is a DoS they're not very good at it, because the actual servers running the main portion of the site never see a hiccup, but I'm led to believe that random video server number 20 or whatever somehow attracted a DoS. :/

    Hello,

I'm going to address two of the concerns here...

SoftLayer will null route a IP if it is being DDoS automatically. After 4 hours, the block is reviewed, and if the attack has subsided the null route will be removed. If the attack is still large, it will be blocked for a further 24 hours, etc until the attack has subsided.

I can check into your particular issue however, if you would like. Please feel free to let me know your ticket number.

How about being placed behind Softlayer's Cisco Guard?

I've taken that option before and it worked a treat
