    Serverloft - best price/quality around?

I have been investigating for some time now looking for a new provider for our 4 dedicated servers.

It has been a long road to travel - and the best I have found until now must be the ones at Serverloft.
They are actually so far ahead concerning price and server power that I am now nervous of all the catches that must be?!?!?!?

    What is the catch?
Why isn't everyone hosting at Serverloft if their price/quality level is good - what are they hiding!!!?

their live support may never respond you.
their server setup time is 1 week.

that may be the reasons that people are staying away.

    Anyone has other observations please?

Anyone has experience with Serverloft EU servers? How long you need to wait for support response for example if there is hardware failure?

Serverloft has some big issues and their support basically does not exist. Recently I got on one of their promotions for the new "cloud" hosting services. I created a cdn storage server and uploaded some images. As soon as I get some traffic they just cut my services without any notice. I would suggest that you do not use them unless you are looking for trouble. Or maybe you get lucky.

Unhappy ... or they will just kill your server without any previous warning

They may just disconnect your server. Without any warning. It takes almost a day to get it back on, they would not even try to explain why they did that at the first place.

You have 4 servers and I assume you can start hosting them with various providers (within your budget of course). After some time being with them you will understand which one works bet for you in terms price/quality.
I would not recommend keep all eggs in the same basket with new (for you) providers.

I've experienced the same issue with their support, although the servers themselves run smoothly
