I think Perhaps you meant a processor or processing solution rather than a gateway?

I see you are based in the UK, there are several good solutions available with rates dependent on your documentation, past history etc.

If I misunderstood please accept my apologies!

    multitaskerVic,

Yes, I mean processor, someone who can accept the maney on behalf.

    Techy,
It is not for me personally. It is not about building any gambling site. Due to CC and debit cards being banned in USA for gambling some people try to find a solution which will get payments from citizens of USA and deposit the money to the gambling site on behalf of them in order to be able to play. so, they will be the intermediate between US players and gambling sites. The money will be deposited to a gambling site after taken from players being in US. The project will be based in EU.

    Thanks

In US both the options gonna work the cards and the checks. In the gambling arena Check21 is really picking up by the offshore processors. Reach out to me i can certainly help in both cards(globally) and checks. [email protected]

processing ofor US clients is very complicated since processor may end up with a fine if they do it so most of the simply reject this.

I think MoneyBookers lets you accept Gambling and similar stuff payments. It's a trusted name out there. However, I'm not sure if they would allow this intermediary stuff.

    Hi guys,

Thank you for the replies. I think is quite complicated in general. I pass the info to the people that are interested in and I personally stay out of it.

I don't want any kind of problem with US authorities:-)

    Have a good night

    Hi Losvre,

In general, I think you are right. All gambling at the moment within legal framework must be 7995 coded, which means card holders from the US will be automatically blocked. I also doubt there can be a legal Check21 solution. Be very careful since all roundabout schemes can at some point end up with a prison term. This is serious matter for the US authorities. You may check out this to prove my point: http://www.news.com.au/business/auss...-1225855037623.

    Have a nice day!

Gaming can be a big problem for processing but it was solved 2 years back with a system that uses gift cards. A programmer from Florida went to a bank in Europe and arranged where casino owners could accept purchase of a gift card which could then be used at their gaming site. It enabled them to get past the 7995 code rejections and also when the money was on credit in a European bank, it wasn't subject to the U.S. gaming laws.

To be honest, it's the only option U.S. agents will even talk about (we refer to them as "flower shops" and nobody wants their name on an uncoded solution). With this solution, the money buys the gift card which is accepted by the gaming place, and all is well. Many legal teams have reviewed it and it's the been in place for several years and very stable.

The alternative for many years for gaming has been to either manage U.S. cardholder rejections by processing them through several MID's to get approval rates of 70% (ideal). Or applying for a MID through a shell company and site which usually costs about 13,000 Euros and just waiting for the MID to blow up eventually. The longest I've seen is 4 years before Visa/MC does an audit and finds out what's happening with a high volume MID.
