I am selling my vBulletin 4 Publishing Suite license. This is license is owned by me. I have confirmed through vbulletin support that this license is transferable and per the transfer instructions: "Before transferring the license, we will email the prospective new owner the details of the license. Once we receive confirmation from them, the license transfer will occur. They will be emailed with their new customer number and password."

This is the full publishing suite with CMS, Forum and Blog. I no longer have a need for the license as the site it was associated with is closed down.
