I am looking for some Sales Techs to man the ticket system for San Diego Direct Web, a professional and reliable web hosting company. I'm sure I don't need to explain too deeply the duties of this position as most of you would most likely be familiar with it already. This position would be ideal if you work online regularly anyway, and you could just leave the ticket window open when your browsing or working on something else. It would be ideal that you could also answer phone calls forwarded to your cell phone, they will rotate down a list of numbers to whoever is available. Pay is negotiable but I'm aiming in the ~$3 per call and ticket range, as well as free hosting/domain names/SSL certificates/client exec/other licensing or whatever we come up with. Oh, and commission.
The perfect candidate would be polite, knowledgeable, experienced, driven and above all - reliable. I cannot stress the last one enough, reliability is our #1 goal. You should be American, or at least have excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation. You are the first point of contact for our customers and we cannot afford their first experience to be unprofessional.
