    Anyone have expirience with Syslint management and their software

    Hello,

    I have search for Syslint and i find only one review.

    Does anyone use their service and what is the experience you have !?
    And what about their products cpnginx and cpremote.

    I find it strange that most of these companies are in india.
    I've had trouble with Three companies like this
    The funniest thing that they are all in india.

    I'm also interested in the services of Syslint, but after I saw that she is from india i am scared to try

    Please someone who uses their service today, let us know

    We have a few cpnginx licenses with them. Customer service is awful. Licenses and payments managment is horrid. We fall behind one day (sunday) on payment for 2 licences and we couldn't pay on monday because invoices were already cancelled as well as licenses. We have one license that is within a paid period cancelled as well. Seems like these guys love cancellations no matter what as it has not been the first time.

    I agree payments should be made on or before due date, but I find it severe to terminate service with one day overdue and without a choice to pay. And they have no auto license activation after payment received.

    I would say that, if you have another option for these guy's products, go for it. We are already seeking for another provider.

    This auto cancellation is changed . Now you will get a total of 10 days notice period before termination . Hope this will solve the late billing issues. Also we within this 10 day time frame is enough for it.
